Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standards in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. Display highest standards of hospitality at all times within all food and beverage areas. Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Daily tasks & responsibilities
Fosters a Greet guests and present them with the menu.
Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.
Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads.
Accepting payments, issuing receipts, returning change.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor / manager.
Filling in for absent staff as needed in any of the F&B areas within the hotel.
Punch the order on the POS machine and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food. Eg: No Garlic, less spicy, without egg etc.
Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
Work as a team to get all the job tasks completed in any given time.
Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Promptly respond to guests with any additional request.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Properly opening and pouring wine at the table.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
Must have some familiarity with basic cooking knowledge. Must have complete menu knowledge for their restaurant / area.
Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
Print closing report and drop the cash with the front office / accounts department.
Tally the Credit Card settlements for the day with the batch closing report from EDC machine.
Close the shift on the POS terminal.

The Assistant IT Manager supports the overall management of the resort's Information Technology operations by ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. As a Commis Chef, you will assist the Culinary Team in achieving goals and delivering excellent service to our guests by supporting kitchen operations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

As a Kitchen Steward, your job is to assist the Kitchen and Stewarding Team in daily operations and help maintain a safe working, and positive working environment and keep the highest standards of sanitation.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
Participate in dishwashing, garbage removal, silver polishing, pot washing or any other stewarding area as necessary in accordance with department needs (based on staffing or business levels!)
Ensure a safe and productive operation.
Assure compliance with Health Department standards.
Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen, storerooms, hallways, dock, and equipment.
At start of shift – do a complete walkthrough of stewarding areas to observe the status of all areas
Throughout the shift – continuously walk through all areas
Being responsible for answering Stewarding Phone and assisting all operations with requirements.
Assist in controlling stocks for daily use in the department (cleaning products, mop heads, etc.).
Assist in controlling breakage, waste
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of all kitchens and HOH areas as well as ensuring all maintenance needs are looked after.
Ensure all paper towel dispensers are always full throughout the shift.
